The personal accident coverage is optional and is provided in addition to yachts insurance, liability insurance or mixed. The coverage concerns the cases in which the owner or person named in the contract of the insured vessel user (if different person), suffered a physical damage -which can be determined objectively- as a consequence of an accident which happens with his fault while he is inside the insured vessel or boarding on this or alighting from this, according to what is then defined.
