AIGAION Insurance Co S.A.: Insurance of photographic material of the Benaki Museum from the collection of Κ. Manos

Athens, June 3, 2014 – AIGAION Insurance Co S.A. entrusted the Institute of Culture Entefxis to insure the transport and exhibition of 80 photographs of the internationally renowned photographer Konstantino Manos, belonging to the Benaki Museum.

The photographic material will be presented to the public in the context of the Festival of Photography Photometria, which will be held in the city of Ioannina.

The exhibition of Mr. Manos, entitled "The Greek Portfolio" includes photographs with everyday moments from remote villages and islands of Greece in the 60s, which were transferred from the Benaki Museum in the Municipal Gallery of Ioannina, where they will be exposed from 5 till June 30, 2014.
